Idea to bring communities together

I believe that many of our issues in Winnipeg stem from our communities being so segmented and seperated. What if there was a program that individual Winnipegers could sign up for that once per week they got together with a paired up buddy of a different race and they got to know each other and their respective communities. This would allow them to each see first hand each other's communities and lifestyles so they can understand better what each are dealing with and living with. I believe this would have a huge impact on both sides.
