# 3 - Voluntary Human Rights Organization for Businesses
If I want my customers to know I produce quality components, I seek certification from the International Standards Organization (ISO). If I want my customers to know I'm committed to sustainability, I seek a L.E.E.D. certification. There's no certification to show that my company is committed to human rights.
A voluntary organization that operates like the ISO and LEEDs systems (auditing the processes and determining the level of compliance) to grade a company's Human Rights compliance, enforcement, investigation, and corrective action strategies will allow my company to prove that to us Human Rights are more than just a gov't imposed burden. Human Rights are essential to our growth and prosperity.
Companies that don't want it can continue to struggle with low productivity, low morale, and high employee turnover.
