#CompassionConvos are cross and inter-generational conversations using social media, online and in person around difficult subjects of bias. Conversations include, however are not limited to racism, sexism, homophobia and xenophobia. These conversations challenge our own bias through dialogue and invite us to take action.

The goal of #CompassionConvos is to engage generations individually, within communities, organizations and corporations in conversations and to take compassionate action in their lives and communities.
