Too often people in general will summarize a bad experience with a law enforcement officer and put those feelings on the whole dept. I think we need to have a "meet and Greet" offer free food in a park/downtown and have members of the WPS serve the guests in uniform. This way a new experience given by many officers would replace those bad experiences & help officers see the faces of the public in a context that isn't having to do with "law enforcement"

Honestly, wouldn't you like to see people thanking and showing gratitude towards fully uniformed offers and likewise fully uniformed officers being kind to the general public, even if just for a moment.
