Racism is not just Aboriginal problem, Immigrants are also in the same boat. The city need to take away contracts from employers who are not doing anything or choosing to ignore what is happening at work. My ex employer has a ten year contract with the city and I so wish it is taken away from them or threat to remove it unless they do something to "clean" up the discrimination / racism / bullying / abuse toward minorities. Too many loop holes for the employer to "get away". Employers are ignoring the Labor law, Health & Safety Act and Human Rights Code. I finally have file a Human Right complaint against my employer after working for almost five years and they have ask for mediation.
