A technologically advanced education system for everyone

People of different socioeconomic backgrounds, sexes, and genes do not all learn the exact same way and cannot demonstrate their ability through a twenty question multiple choice test after watching 5 three hour lectures by a teacher who was told a week before classes that they have to teach subjects they have never taught before. The majority of instructors, professors, and teachers do not even have an educational background. They don't even know how people learn. How could you possibly expect people to learn if you don't even know how people learn? The fundamental change needed in Canada and all of north america is an integrated dynamic and diverse education system.
