I think a good first step is for us all regardless of origin to act as and be treated as equals.

We should have no expectations from others including government and accept no more and no less than what is available to the masses.

None of us should be treated or appear to be treated differently.

And those who need assistance should be introduced to programs and avenues for change and support.

I truly believe that in time we can eliminate racism as long as there is no apparent division between culture.
