Disabilities In Winnipeg
Why are you not mentioning disabilities? I work at Society for Manitobans with Disabilities and have been a CLIENT since 1997, when I had to admit I was unable to continue a course at Red River College due to a PHYSICAL and a LEARNING Disability. SMD has ALWAYS been behind me 100%, as have OTHER agencies such as Reaching Equality Employment Services.
