Racism is global and not about one race.
I just want to remind people that racism is not limited to one race. I have seen a lot of talk about racism towards aboriginal people but next to nothing about other races who also experience racism. Please, remember that this is not only an aboriginal issue, but a global one. No one should have to feel unsafe, or downtrodden because of how others perceive their race. In particular I see a lot of racism towards people from Muslim countries and also against Caucasians. I'm not trying to downplay what others have spoken out against, just bringing to attention that the problem is multi-faceted and not everyone against one race, but rather feels like everyone against everyone. Hopefully we can make the city a place where everyone feels respected and safe.
